I just had an electrocardigram and the Dr. said my number is 60. What does that mean?

My son died of HCM in 2012 while working at his jobsite, he was 42. I had talked over the phone with him only 2 hours before he died and he said he was doing alright but still had a long way to go before he was done. There were no witnesses to his collapse. My other son died at 37 of congestive heart failure and had extreme morbid obesity. He had many health problems due to his weight. The son who had HCM did not have any health problems, kept fit and healthy and always challenged himself to stay in good shape. The cardiologist said HCM is genetic but there’s no history of it in the family.
