Whether you hit the gym, or simply walk the neighborhood or shopping mall, you just need to move at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes a day/5 days a week for real health benefits, experts say.

If you want to do more, you can lose weight. And if you vary your exercises, you can achieve even better fitness — including better cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and agility. Movement is just good for us. It’s especially good for our muscles, joints, brain, lungs and heart.
