Recipe: Creamy Kiwi-Lime Smoothie

You would never guess this creamy, high-protein smoothie gets its texture from tofu and cashew butter. All you will taste is zesty lime and sweet kiwi.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 1/2 ounces organic silken tofu, drained
2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
2 tablespoons creamy raw cashew butter
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Juice of 1 lime

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon no‑alcohol, gluten-free pure vanilla extract or unsweetened vanilla powder

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
