Recipe: Snappy Salmon Burgers

A heart-healthy option for stovetop or grill

These salmon patties are not only tasty — they’re rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, too! Make them ahead of time and refrigerate until you’re ready to cook. (Planning to grill ? Place salmon burgers in the freezer first for 20 to 30 minutes; they’ll hold together better.)
