Recipe: Baked Parmesan Polenta Fries

Who said fries had to be full of fat?
polenta fries

Baked polenta fries are a great twist on traditional french fries. This easy recipe can compliment dinner any night of the week. Polenta is cooked cornmeal, which is naturally gluten free. While you can make your own cornmeal from scratch, this recipe calls for ready-made, shelf-stable polenta. Bake some up tonight!
