This drink has a secret ingredient: walnuts. Walnuts are chock full of nutrients and a rich source of protein. You’ll get about 90 percent of your recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids just by eating 1 ounce (1/4 cup) of walnuts. Omega-3 fatty acids promote heart and joint health, and aid memory. Walnuts are packed with key vitamins and minerals and are the most heart-healthy nut of all.
