Mix jicama chips with regular tortilla chips to offer party guests a healthier option with just as satisfying a crunch.

Ingredients

1 medium jicama, peeled and rinsed (about 1 1/4 pounds)

Directions

  1. Cut the jicama in half and then into 1/4-inch-thick slices with a sharp knife.
  2. Serve with salsa, guacamole, hummus or any bean dip.
