Recipe: Ginger Spice Fat-Burning Smoothie

This smoothie is a great way to start your day in a fat-burning mode. An additional benefit? Ginger is great for digestion.


1 1/2 cups almond or cashew milk
2 tablespoons raw almond butter
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 handful baby spinach or greens of choice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
