Ingredients
6 oz non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon cucumber, minced (with or without skins and/or seeds – English cucumbers work well)
½ teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
- Serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or rice cakes.
