Ingredients

One 10-ounce package frozen and chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup non-dairy mayonnaise
1 packet of vegetable recipe mix (1.4 ounces, without hydrogenated fats and 2 grams or less of sugar)

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving with cut vegetables.
