1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tsp. yellow mustard
16 oz. can sliced peaches in juice, drained
- In a small bowl, stir together paprika, flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Sprinkle on both sides of pork loin chops.
- In a large nonstick skillet sprayed with non-stick spray cook pork chops 3-4 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, stir mustard and peaches together. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until heated through.
